Choosing the Right Cover
We can provide a wide range of skilled staff for your event. Explore below to learn about the levels and skill sets of our staff.
Emergency Responder / Emergency Care Assistant – (FREC 3 / FREC 4)
At Elite Care Medical 24 we have First Person on Scene (FPOS) and First Response Emergency Care (FREC) trained healthcare staff. Our First Responders are use to dealing with various situations like trauma and medical emergencies as well as the basic First Aid / welfare procedures. As our medics are regularly in situations where they attend serious incidents, they are fully experienced in dealing with more serious incidents.
Our medics are experienced at working by themselves at smaller events or in a team at larger events. They are all able to administer analgesic gas, oxygen and use defibrillators.
We like to ensure that our medics are treating patients in a comfortable and discreet environment. We would request either an inside area specifically for their use, alternatively we can provide a gazebo or mobile treatment vehicle / ambulance.
Ambulance Technician – (IHCD / AAP / FREC 5)
Elite Care Medical 24 have highly experienced Ambulance Technicians who have a deeper knowledge of injuries and symptoms for a wide range of conditions. Our Ambulance Technicians have a high level of experience in treating adult and paediatric patients. They are experienced in responding to emergency calls as part of an ambulance team or as a solo responder.
Our Ambulance Technicians are fully trained to assist patients, moving them safely to hospital if required and constantly monitoring their vital signs. They can react and respond quickly to changes in the patient’s condition. Our Ambulance Technicians have access to our ambulance for use at events and transfers to hospital. Our Ambulance Technicians are able to administer emergency life saving medications.
Paramedic / Nurse / Emergency Care Practitioner / Doctor
Elite Care Medical 24 have Paramedics (HCPC registered) and Nurses (MNC registered) as well as Emergency Care Practitioners / Nurse Practitioners and Doctors (GMC registered) who are highly trained and skilled. We select our Health Care Practitioners by their years of experience, knowledge and skill. Our Health Care Practitioners have use of our ambulance and can administer emergency / non-emergency medications. If your event is deemed as high risk, we would suggest using one of our highly trained clinicians. Most of our Health Care Professionals all currently work in the Accident and Emergency Department, Minor Injuries Unit or for an Emergency NHS Ambulance Service.
We are able to provide skills used within the Emergency Department at your event and create a “field hospital” staffed by skilled, competent and knowledgeable practitioners. Nurses and Practitioners may be supported at your event by NHS qualified Emergency Care Nursing Assistants and administrative staff.
